Gentle Yoga

Power Yoga

Add some intensity to your physical practice. Tapas is a Sanskrit word meaning heat or dedication. Gather some friends and request one of our highly trained teachers for this adult class. A minimum of four students must be registered for the class to be held.

While our in-person studio space is inside Ken's Gym (Tooele County, UT), our teachers travel and can contribute yoga education and experience to a larger event. Almost all of our equipment is portable so we can bring yoga to your indoor or outdoor space!
Modifications
for all abilities
You always have permission to move your body in a way that feels good, as long as it does not cause harm to anyone else. If you need adapted instruction for your body or your child's practice, please let us know before class begins. Props, including chairs, are available to make postures accessible to you. Communicating your needs in advance will help us prepare a smooth and comfortable experience for you.
